Located in the Royal County of Meath, our award
winning 4 star self catering accommodation is only 30 minutes
from Dublin Airport and all the major ports on Ireland's eastern
seaboard. We are 10 minutes from the
heritage town of Trim. Our holiday homes are ideally situated
on the main bus routes to and from Dublin.
We, the Lydon Family take great pride in ensuring that our guests
can savour the wide range of historic and modern attractions the
Boyne Valley and its hinterlands offer. Our location provides a
comfortable, convenient, high quality base for you to discover and
explore the area.
We always welcome our visitors personally, it's a Kiltale holiday
homes tradition. Living nearby and we are fluent Irish speakers,
so if you feel like a cupla focal as Gaeilge you're in the
right place! We have a great love of our native language and perhaps
you can add to your vocabulary for your next visit to Ireland.
A well-equipped playground and playhouse provide hours of entertainment
and for the lucky few we operate a farm camp in July that our younger
visitors are welcome to join. Children can meet Neddy and Freddy,
our resident donkeys, Emma and Kate, our goats and all the rest
of the family that include geese, hens, ducks, lambs, baby chicks
and ducklings.
Meath has much to offer in historic
sights, castles, fishing, golf and equine pursuits to mention
a few. The one thing you can be sure of doing is unwinding.
